ABOUT ME

I’ve been freelancing full-time since 2020, having worked with seven traditional publishing houses and many more individuals. My regular paid work spans copyediting, proofreading, developmental editing, and line editing.

By day, I edit and proofread. On the side, I write poems on Substack, developmental edit for individual clients, and practice ghostwriting.

I have a passion for given written form to an inspiration, and for removing all obstacles between a creator and a book. Having spoken to many in the publishing industry and worn many hats within it, I see that there are many who tell themselves they can’t have the book they want. It gives me great joy to help others through the publishing process, only asking payment for my work and giving the author 100% creative control, publishing rights, and royalties.

When I’m not editing or writing, I’m reading non-fiction and fantasy, skateboarding, making music, hiking, going to the beach, and having fun with my wife and kids.
